We are a small Devon Rex cattery located southeast of Houston, Texas owned by Stephen and Michelle Piatt. We breed and show Devon Rex cats. Our goal is to produce healthy, quality, well-socialized kittens with great personalities that meet the standards set for the breed.

Our kittens are raised in our home underfoot so they are kissed, cuddled, and played with daily until they are matched with their purr-fect families and sent to their forever homes.

Our pet kittens start at $3,300 and are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have age appropriate vaccines. We place kittens in approved homes under contract which requires no declawing and indoors only. We offer a 5 year replacement guarantee if your kitten dies of HCM or any hereditary disease.

We make kittens available to reserve between 6 and 8 weeks of age. They are first offered to existing Elfkatz families, then to our waiting list, and finally to new applicants.

There is a $1,000 deposit required to reserve a kitten. Final payment is due at 12 weeks of age and kittens are ready for their new homes around 14 weeks of age or at least 2 weeks following their spay/neuter surgery.

Please fill out an APPLICATION if you would like to be considered for the waiting list. There is a $100 non-refundable fee to be added to our waiting list. However, that fee does apply towards your deposit once a kitten is available to reserve.

On reservation day, kittens are offered first to existing Elfkatz families, then to those on the WAITING LIST before being offered to new applicants.
